Customer Solution Specialists in BELDON, Western Australia

Stellar is an award-winning global contact centre business operating across 8 different centres in Australia. We are based in Joondalup and have partnered with WA's largest energy retailer, Synergy, and are looking for dedicated, customer focused individuals to join our passionate team.
This is an inbound contract where you will be required to resolve customer complaints and handle general billing and account inquiries.
To excel in this Customer Service position you will need:
Previous experience in providing outstanding customer service
A professional and confident phone manner with active listening skills
Proficient PC skills and accurate data entry
Great conflict resolution skills
Previous contact centre experience is desirable but not essential
A positive, can do attitude and great work ethic
We are looking for permanent candidates who can work 38 hours a week between 7am - 7pm Monday to Friday.
Comprehensive paid training is provided.
Applicants must be available for a 2½ week training course commencing 14th July 2014.
