Full time or Part time Sales Member Required in BELDON, Western Australia

Lifesport Health and Fitness requires two experienced Part Time Sales Team Members to join their established, friendly, dedicated and hardworking team.
Duties:
•To liaise with current clients on a daily basis, establishing and enhancing relationships.
•To maintain and improve current membership rates working to KPI’s.
•Management of all client’s membership activity including; Sign up, Renewals and accompanying financial contracts.
•To liaise with new clients, conducting gym tours, explaining our range of packages and signing up clients in line with KPI targets.
•Familiarise and understand Lifesport’s in house reporting system.
•To partner with Marketing Manager to implement and promote sales strategies both in-house and externally.
•Other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
•Sales experience essential.
•Experience working to targets and KPI’s.
Qualification in Business, Commerce or Fitness preferred.
•Strong customer service skills with proven results essential.
•Excellent written and verbal communication.
•Experience in face-to-face and telephone sales essential.
•A passion for fitness and a strong understanding of its benefits.
•Strong work ethic, professionalism and ambition.
Position to be approximately 20 hours, job shared or full time. Generous rewards are obtainable if you are successful with your application.
