Fuel: A 20l portable plastic fuel tank is stowed amidships of the cockpit, it doesn’t have any leaks, and hoses are sound.The holding area is dry and ventilated.
Water: Fresh water tank approx. 60 l
Accommodation: Twin Berth in the Vee section of the hull as well as an aft single berth in the portside of the vessel.There is also a single berth on both Port and Starboard side of the main cabin with a part folding dinette.Vee berth is in a good condition with no stress cracking.The hatch located above the Vee berth can be used for an escape in the event of an emergency.Upholstery good condition.
Windows: There are no leaks or signs of separation at the joins in the main cabin.
Galley: Well positioned.The LPG stove is in working condition.
Hull: The rudder and tiller are in good condition.The Dinette is also the housing to the swing keel (lifting mechanism) which is made up of a self-sustaining worm and nut winch that is easily operated by the handle located aft of the keel case.
Electrical Panel: Replaced electrical wiring to new panel completed 2013
Toilet: Portable sea toilet on the port side with ventilation–extra ventilation can be obtained by opening the forward hatch
Electrics: There is a single battery which is in the port side stowage within the cockpit area.It is in good condition and free of any corrosion at the leads.AM/FM Radio,1 x 27 meg radio ship to shore
Electronics/Navigation: Compass, Depth, Speed (boat), Electronic wind speed and direction indicator
Sail Inventory: Battened Mainsail, furling headsail and spinnaker in good condition.The Furling Jib was purchased in 2011, Mainsail purchased in 2009. Recently serviced by Tasker Fremantle 2014. Lazy Jack has a new zipper and repair done 2014.
Mast / Rigging: The rigging, mast and spars are in good condition and maintained. Stanchions are in good condition.Pushpit and pulpit good condition.The mast can be lowered into a cradle for towing or maintenance by one person.
Deck: There are no weak points and is of a non-slip type.A large and substantial ‘pop-top’ with skylight to give full headroom through the main body of the boat whilst at anchor.
Ground Tackle: Anchor with chain and rope in excellent condition.
Safety Equipment: (Grab Bag) Man overboard strobe, Marine radio, Manual Bilge, Portable firefighting appliances, Flares, Life ring, EPIRB
Cockpit: The cockpit is in good condition and enough space for several crew.The wind and speed indicators are in a good position and easily seen from the cockpit.There is a drain hole in the rear of the cockpit.There are no signs of separation from the deck to the hull.
Trailer:The trailer is brand new and only been in the water less than 6 times. Dual axle with brakes, spare wheel and carrier, swing out extension arm, LED waterproof lights. Rego to 7/1/16
