ROOM TO RENT IN CURRAMBINE in BELDON, Western Australia for sale

We’ve got a room to rent in a large Currambine house living with 3 girls.
Must be ok with Naked Tanning Thursdays (yes, it’s an actual thing in our house), ‘mash potato’ being left in the fridge for a minimum of 2 weeks at a time (I take no responsibility for this) and my washing rarely being taken off the line.
But on a plus note, Emily and Hannah are quite normal and great to live with. Hannah makes the best alarm clock and is the world champion of thats-what-she-said jokes. Emily makes amazing spaghetti, knows the best place to go for midnight Chinese and goes for take-away-coffee runs. Must not mind having Lucy as a fourth house mate who doesn’t pay rent because she refuses to sleep over, but brings over food and provides constant YOLO moments.
I promise we’re fun to live with, minus Saturday mornings when we (mostly me) are in our literally-cant-even-hungover state involving copious amounts of McDonalds breakfast and tripping over loafs of bread on my bedroom floor (Yes, there is constantly a loaf of bread on my floor. No, it is not the same loaf of bread).
If you’re interested, and dont mind the shower floor looking like a crime scene due to our choice of red hair, inquire within.
But on a serious note, the room is fully furnished with a single bed, bedside table, a chest of draws and a built in closet. The room is quite small but would fit a double bed if you wanted to bring your own. If you want the room unfurnished we can take everything out. Bathroom and toilet to be shared with two girls.
The house is an air-conditioned, fully furnished 4x2 with 2 large living areas, an open plan kitchen that looks over the dining area and one of the living areas, a study, a cabin out the back, large garden with large pergola, shed and pond. There is no garage (only a car port) but there is plenty of room to park out the front.
Located in a quiet street close to Currambine train station, movies and the shops. There is good security on the doors and windows.
Your rent will be $150 a week and includes someone to do the lawns. However, an extra $20 is payable for a cleaner to do the common areas, this is done about every 3 weeks. Your rent excludes bills and food. A bond of $500 is payable (negotiable). Your rent is due one week in advance.
We have a baby python so you must not be scared of snakes, she wont be with us until October though. Shes very friendly. No other pets permitted.
There are 3 of us girls living in the house. Two of us are 23 and one is 18.
2 of us work full time so during the week we are very quiet, one of us does nightshift so being reasonably quite on days she sleeps is required. We are very relaxed and down to earth, easy to get on with.
One of the girls is a smoker. We don’t mind another smoker as long as you only smoke outside.
The room will be available immediately for the right person.
The right applicant must work full time/FIFO/study, must not be an alcoholic and easy to get on with.
